  • Ayurvedic herbs are recommended based on the examination of the individual and the basis for health. The right combination of herbs allows the individual herbs to function synergistically. A proper diet is suggested for Herbal Therapy to be effective.

  • Cupping therapy offers various healing benefits including aiding in promoting blood flow and increasing blood circulation to muscles and tissue. Cupping supplies oxygen to cells, loosens knots and can release and drain excess fluids and toxins.

  • Panchakarma is a purifying and strengthening treatment consisting of a prescribed Ayurvedic diet, Abyhanga (medicated warm oil massage), an eye treatment and an enema. In this regard the Panchakarma purification can be seen as a preliminary to rejuvenation. The contraindication is anemic, feeling week and debilitated. Pancha Karma is most beneficial when done in March/April and September/October.

*Do not do Panchakarma if you are pregnant.

  • Kansa is a 6,000 year old Ayurvedic practice. The therapy is conducted using a bronze tool, which is massaged over the face and/or feet. This therapy tones and tightens skin, helps with congestion, calms inflammation, helps with lymph drainage, and draws acidity away from the skin.

  • Netra Basti is a restorative therapeutic treatment for the eyes. Netra means “eyes” and basti is the Sanskrit word meaning “to bathe” or “cleanse.” This extraordinary treatment is conducted by using organic dough to create a barrier around the eyes, followed by filling the space within the barrier with luke-warm ghee (clarified butter). The client then performs a series of exercises with their eyes open. Netra Basti has been known to assist with the following conditions: tension and migraine headaches, dry/itchy eyes, relief from allergies, eye strain, eye socket tension/twitches/squinting, dark circles, etc.

  • Reflexology is the gentle manipulation or pressing on specific reflex points on the foot to induce a healing response in corresponding organs and areas of the body. Reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy through moving the flow of blood, nutrients and nerve impulses to ultimately improve overall health and balance.

  • Pressotherapy uses precise finger placement and pressure over specific points along the body to relieve the body’s pain and medical conditions. Pressure is applied to the key points of the body (also referred to as trigger points). The idea behind applying the pressure to these trigger points is to bring the body back to its natural balance.

  • Healy is a microcurrent medical device cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for local relief of acute, chronic, and arthritis pain and muscle soreness due to overexertion. Healy also has applications that use individualized frequencies to help balance your mind and body and relieve stress in support of wellness.

  • Candling is a form of alternative therapy where the tapered end of an ear candle is placed in a person's ear while the other end of the candle is lit. Earwax and other impurities are believed to be drawn out of the ear canal by a partial vacuum created by the candle flame.

  • Shirodhara is a classical and a well-established ayurvedic procedure of slowly and steadily dripping medicated oil or other liquids on the forehead. This procedure induces a relaxed state of awareness that results in a dynamic psycho-somatic balance.

  • Abyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic massage technique that involves the application of warm herbal oil to the body, followed by a gentle, soothing massage. This ancient therapy is designed to nourish and rejuvenate the body, promote relaxation, and balance the flow of energy throughout the body.
